Creating an organization
Learn how to create an organization.
Before uploading print jobs or inviting your team, you’ll need to create an organization. Each organization represents your company or workspace in Euler. All devices, users, and jobs belong to it.
After signing up, you’ll be prompted to create your organization. If you already belong to another org, you can add a new one anytime from the organization switcher in the top menubar.

- Organization name: This is how your team and reports will be labeled in the platform.
- Example: Acme Corp
- Organization username: This will define your workspace URL.

- Organization timezone: This controls when notifications and scheduled reports are sent but doesn’t affect how timestamps appear (those follow your device’s local time).
- Create: Click Create organization to confirm. You’ll be redirected to your organization overview where you can invite users, connect devices, and upload your first job. The creator automatically becomes the owner with full access to organization settings, permissions, and billing.
You can belong to multiple organizations, such as a company workspace and a research account. Timezone and general settings can be updated later in Organization settings > General.
