Notifications

Your notification preferences

This section allows you to customize which types of notifications you want to receive from the system. You can choose to enable or disable specific events based on your needs.

If offline device notifications are turned on, you’ll be notified whenever one of your devices goes offline. In addition, you’ll receive a digest summary of offline devices according to the digest schedule configured by your organization’s admins.

Organization settings

This section is only available to admins.

In this secions organization level notification settings can be configured. The offline devices digest frequency determines how often members will receive a consolidated email listing devices that have remained offline for a prolonged period. Adjusting this frequency helps balance timely visibility with minimizing notification fatigue. The default is a daily digest at 9:00 AM based on the timezone configured for the organization.

Member notification settings

This section is only available to admins.

Admins can view and update the notification preferences for individual members of the organization. Any changes made by an admin here do not lock or override the member’s ability to manage their own preferences. Members can still revisit their personal notification settings at any time and update them according to their needs.
